First Things First:
ICIS17 Registration, abstracts, papers and review is based on the Indico tool that is designed to manage conferences.
A lightweight account is requited to access INDICO.
If you do not already have a CERN account, click here.

Once you have created the lighweight account, you will be able to login to INDICO event page.
Registration:
Registration to the conference is handled by INDICO registration page.
The registration package includes:
- Welcome reception in CERN’s Globe,
- 5 Meals or lunch boxes,
- 8 coffee breaks,
- infinite access to an ICIS Special Issue on invited contribution and electronic proceedings of all contributed,
- Proceeding's book (not included for accompanying persons and additional exhibitor),
- Outing,
- Banquet,
- CERN visit.

Students are welcome to apply for support during registration, the level of support and number of supported students will be evaluated once all demands are collected.
Abstracts:
After registration is completed, you will be able to submit your abstract, through INDICO Abstract submission.
Publication of the proceedings:
The number of participants and the number of papers is limited to ~280.
Invited papers will be published separately (details being prepared) and contributed papers in AIP Conference Proceedings.
The paper length is 3 pages for posters and 5 pages for orals.
